Restrictions with burger animation

If you use Burger Animation you can't use several settings.

1. Change Menu Icon Position.
2. Change Menu Icon Size
3. Add Menu Icon Title.
4. Set up Menu Icon Background settings. 
5. Set up Menu Icon Border settings. 
6. Change the Width and Height of the frame.
