How to Hide horizontal Menu while scrolling?

The " Hide Menu While Scrolling" feature is available only for Expand-in and Wave-in menus.

To Hide the horizontal menu while scrolling the site the following steps:

Step 1: Select "Settings" on the left panel.
Step 2: Click on the "General" tab
Step 3: Turn the "Hide Menu While Scrolling" on.
