How to customize the menu icon position?

To change the menu icon position  on the site the following steps :

Step 1: Select "Settings" on the left panel.
Step 2: Click on the "General" tab.
Step 3: On the top panel select the "Menu icon".
Step 4: Customize the menu by dragging, grid, or slide under the "Menu Position" Title.

The menu icon position can't be customized by dragging, grid, or slider while the burger animations are on.
