How to change menu design?

Open Design tab. Then press the General section.

The Background section allows you to choose a solid or gradient background for the menu.

The Page Background and Subpage Background section allow you to set up a background color for pages. 

The Dividers section allows you to change color for dividers and adjust the width of dividers.

The Close Button section allows you to change the color of the close button of your menu.
