How to change Display frequency for a Single bar?

To select display frequency of bar the following steps:

Step 1: Select "Settings" on the left panel
Step 2: Click on the "Type" tab
Step 3: Select how to display the bar under the "Display Frequency" title.

 

There are 4 options:
1. Every time users visit the site - the bar will be displayed always on site.
2. Once after every bar editing - the bar will be displayed once to visitors and will appear next time only after editing and publishing the Welcome Bar. 

3. Once a week for the same visitor - appears once a week for visitors, appears for those same visitors next week
4. Once a month for the same visitor - appears once a month for visitors, appears for those same visitors next month.
