How to add link to the tooltip?

To add a link to the tooltip the following steps:

Step 1: Select the "Settings" tab on the left panel.
Step 2: Click on the "Advanced" tab.
Step 3: Turn the "Link" selector on.

You can add any link to the tooltip.
