How to add text to the tooltip?

To add text to the tooltip the following steps:

Step 1: Select the "Settings" tab on the left panel.
Step 2: Click on the "Advanced" tab.
Step 3:Turn the "Text" selector on.
Step 4: After that open the "Tooltip" tab in the Settings tab.
