2D Backgrounds are pre-designed background styles you can select from a built-in library.
They offer visually appealing patterns or shapes with customizable colors and optional parallax effects. These backgrounds are applied globally to the entire section — all slides share the same selected design.
How to Apply a 2D Background
- Open the Scene tab.
- Under Background Type, choose 2D.
- Browse the available Background Presets and select the one you like.
- Click the Customize Style button.
- In the customization panel, adjust color channels using sliders and color pickers.
Each preset has its own structure and color slots, so options may vary slightly depending on the design.
Parallax Effects
You can apply parallax effects to 2D backgrounds to create visual motion as users scroll or move their cursor.
You can choose from 8 available effects:
- None
- Classic Parallax
- Mouse Parallax
- Fade-in
- Pan Right
- Pan Left
- Zoom In
- Zoom Out
Each effect offers its own motion behavior. See Parallax Effects Guide for details and settings.
Limitations
- Only the colors are customizable — layout and elements remain fixed.
- Applies to the entire section, not individual slides.
- Does not support image uploads.
